This contractual document will govern the General Conditions of purchase of products and services (hereinafter, “Conditions”) through the website https://www.unlimited-ibiza.com, owned by UNLIMITED IBIZA, hereinafter referred to as the PROVIDER, whose contact details are also listed in the Legal Notice of this website.

These Conditions will remain published on the website for the USER to read, save, and reproduce as confirmation of the contract, and may be modified at any time by UNLIMITED IBIZA. It is the USER’s responsibility to read them periodically, as those in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.

By accepting this document, the USER confirms that they:

Are a person with sufficient legal capacity to make a purchase.

Assume all obligations set forth herein.

These conditions shall remain valid indefinitely and shall apply to all purchases made through the PROVIDER’s website.

IDENTITY OF THE CONTRACTING PARTIES:

On one side, the PROVIDER is UNLIMITED IBIZA, with registered office in Ibiza, Illes Balears, Spain, and contact email contact@unlimited-ibiza.com.

On the other side, the USER is the person who purchases products or services via the website and is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the PROVIDER.

PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT:

The purpose of this contract is to regulate the commercial relationship established between the PROVIDER and the USER at the moment the USER accepts these Conditions during the purchase process.

DATA CORRECTIONS:

If the USER identifies any errors in the published data or documents generated, they may notify the PROVIDER at contact@unlimited-ibiza.com for correction.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE:

To access the products or services offered by the PROVIDER, the USER must be of legal age and freely provide the required personal data, which will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and Spanish data protection laws (LOPDGDD). The purchase process includes:

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES:

Tickets or reservations will be sent via email or activated digitally upon payment confirmation. In case of cancellation by the PROVIDER, a full refund will be issued.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article 103 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services with a specific date, such as events, rentals, etc.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Transactions are managed by UNLIMITED IBIZA, using secure methods such as credit/debit card, PayPal, and others. The USER may apply valid discount codes before finalizing the purchase.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION:

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties agree to submit to the courts of the USER’s place of residence.
